Each open-plan living area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, not only flooding the interior with natural light but also allowing occupants to fully appreciate the beautiful vista.
Each kitchen is designed to incorporate every modern convenience, without stealing too much space for the rest of the living area. This is helped by the separate utility room, subtly positioned behind the main body of the kitchen.
SPECIFICATION
The standard specification for Inner Tide Lane is unique in its own right. The chosen door range is the Apex door, Hinged’s own design. This door features a chamfered edge, negating the need for handles and, as a result, achieving a sleek, minimalist aesthetic. The tall, appliance housing cabinets complement this look by combining the use of slab doors with push-to-open technology.
High-spec Miele appliances were used, including a venting hob. Venting hobs have an in-built extractor, which channels steam downwards and removes the need for a bulky, ceiling-mounted extractor.
The sleek and cavernous Legrabox drawer boxes from Blum were used throughout the kitchen. However, the cutlery drawer has been replaced with a stunning Oak Dovetail design, which adds contrast and character to the design.
