When Penhale View was initially designed, the surrounding environment was factored into the outline to create a development that sits in harmony with the beautiful landscape and view.

Hinged were contracted to deliver a range of kitchens that would meet the extraordinarily high specifications of these luxury homes. The Hinged team collaborated with two local companies, Kingsley Developments and Limitless Construction, to successfully complete and deliver the Penhale View project.

What happens when a client specifically requests an even higher-spec kitchen during the development stage?
Such an event occurred during the Penhale View development, where one new owner specified significant upgrades to the pre-existing design.
This is par for the course for the Hinged team and they met with the client to determine their specific needs. Dean, Director of Hinged, knew they could oblige their requests and began a re-design.

UPGRADES
The upgraded kitchen, pictured on this page, is a luxurious in-frame design, with a flat panel design rather than the traditional shaker approach. This combination of in-frame and flat panel creates a more contemporary style, which suits the style and location of the home.
Featured throughout the kitchen are NEFF appliances, a Quooker boiling water tap also makes an appearance and timber drawer boxes serve to elevate this kitchen even further.
To create a great aesthetic, the furniture was painted in shades of Marine and Light Grey and, although made of real wood, the client opted for a smooth finish, further cementing the contemporary edge to this kitchen.
WORKING AROUND EXISITING PLANS
Whilst facilitating the upgrades required by the homeowner, the Hinged Team were careful not to interrupt the pre-organised schedule of contractors. All upgrades and changes were made and completed in-house, while the developers and relevant tradespeople were always considered and informed of updates.
The end result was a completely unique kitchen that was supplied within budget and on time. The upgraded kitchen was designed and completed based entirely on the homeowners needs.
