LONGSHORE - LUXURY HOME DEVELOPMENT
Hinged UK having been working with multi-award winning Legacy Properties for nearly 10 years, providing them with kitchen and living furniture for numerous developments around the South West. Legacy Properties is currently working on two developments by Porth Beach in Newquay; Ebb Tide and Longshore. Longshore consists of ten homes, 6 detached and 4 semi-detached, thoughtfully clad in cedar panels, which will mellow and blend into the surrounding scenery.
DEVELOPMENT
The Longshore development has recently been completed, with some homes already occupied by their excited new owners. Situated just metres from Porth Beach, the new 4-bed homes enjoy truly enviable ocean views. Each open plan living space boasts floor-to-ceiling windows to take full advantage of their location, some even opening onto balconies from which the new owners can breathe in the fresh sea air. The bustling centre of Newquay is just a few minutes away.
SPECIFICATION
Legacy Properties have set the bar high with a kitchen specification that includes a contemporary true handleless design, 20mm Neolith sintered stone worktops, integrated Miele appliances including a dishwasher and wine fridge, Abode Hot Tap and a separate utility room.
As usual, Legacy Properties offered owners the chance to upgrade or customise their kitchen prior to installation, to ensure each individual taste was catered to. The Hinged Team facilitate this by meeting with the new owners in person at the Hinged showroom, to learn how they intended to use their living space and to present different finishes and design ideas. Once discussed, the agreed adaptations were put into motion, in time for the completion of the build as a whole.
