While Hinged UK worked on both The Pavillions AND The Residences, this case study will take a closer look at The Residences, the larger of the two dwellings featuring a space of 204 square metres and the inclusion of 5 bedrooms.
Situated on Pentire Headland, each property is designed to make the most of the breathtaking coastal and countryside views. Woodlands benefits from private and direct access to The Gannel Estuary, the far-reaching seascape of Crantock Beach and holds easy access to the internationally renowned Fistral Beach.
Hinged UK played a major role in creating a luxurious atmosphere throughout the interior of this development. It was their priority to put exquisite attention to detail into each kitchen finish.
The handmade, British built, contemporary painted kitchens are featured in both The Residence and The Pavillions properties, and effortlessly match the overall quality of the development.

This ethos made it easy for the company to appoint the finest appliances to the open plan kitchen design.

In addition, the kitchen benefits aesthetically and practically from a cast iron sink. We also included a top of the range 12mm Neolith worktop into our design.
Hinged UK Director Dean Martin rates Neolith worktops for their temperature resistance and ability to withstand extreme levels of heat.

To complement the chosen range of appliances, the kitchens feature breakfast bars, Gutman ceiling mounted extractors and Pro Stream Abode boiling water taps. The Pro Stream Abode tap is the perfect fit for the sleek, minimalist kitchens we have created and it also means that there will be one less appliance taking up space on the kitchen surfaces. The benefit of including Pro Stream Abode taps is that they are a top-of-the-line product and boil the exact amount of water you need without wasting energy on excess water. They are also building regulation compliant making them a great choice for these luxury kitchens.
