LUXULYAN HOME - LUXURY HOME DEVEOLPMENT
Having worked with Hinged on previous projects, Quay Carpentry and Construction requested our expertise once again for their first solo development that saw them fund, build and design this modern four-bedroom property on the outskirts of Luxulyan in Cornwall.
THE KITCHEN
The Hinged team worked alongside Scott McLean of Quay Carpentry and Construction putting together this contemporary True-Handleless kitchen and dining room in Anthracite Grey. The sleek handless nature of the doors and cabinets are accentuated by the Rose Gold Aluma rails. As an integral part of any home, the calibre of the kitchen was carefully selected to reflect the demands of the development’s target market.
The entire kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances that have been seamlessly integrated into its design such as the Neff oven and microwave built into the cabinets and elevated by a warming drawer. The under-mounted sink features a Pro Boil Abode tap which conveniently offers boiling water as needed.
The highlight is the Carrera Quartz waterfall island that features an integrated Elica induction hob with a built-in downdraft extractor and an undercounter wine fridge. Coupled with space to seat at least three people, it’s the perfect focal point to entertain guests.
QUAY CARPENTRY AND CONSTRUCTION
